Mark T. Jessee is a 20 year plus resident of Thousand Oaks and a graduate of Westlake High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.Professional & Community Associations:

The firm represents individual clients in estate planning and in the administration of estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. This encompasses the implementation of estate plans that permit family wealth to be transferred at the lowest possible tax and administrative cost, disability planning through the use of durable powers of attorney for health care and asset management, nominations of conservator of the person and estate, and creation of funded revocable trusts. It also includes the selection of the appropriate estate planning vehicles, such as custodianships, wills, testamentary trusts, revocable and irrevocable inter vivos trusts, as well as liquidity planning to provide for the payment of death taxes, and costs of administration through optimal use of the unified credit, marital deduction, life insurance and charitable giving.Bankruptcy:
